Taoist Chinese Medicine
Practiced for over 1700 years, Fengyang traditional Chinese medicine was developed by Dong Feng (220-280 AD). As practitioners today, we follow the same high standards of holistic healing techniques focused on the patient.

My Story:
When I first heard about Dr. Wu I was taking a Therapeutic Qigong and Tai Chi intensive at Omega Institute in 2011. David Saltman was giving a talk about the living masters and I wrote his name in my class notes. Since 2004 I had been taking a weekly Tai Chi class with Ken Dolan at Stamford Hospital's Health & Fitness Institute in Connecticut. I was developing a thriving massage practice at the institute, and found Tai Chi to be essential in restoring balance and overall effectiveness in my work and life. I took extra classes and workshops whenever I could as a way to deepen my understanding of this ancient healing art. When I returned with my certification from Omega Institute I began co-teaching with Ken at the Bartlett Arboretum, and substitute teaching here and there before making the tough decision to relocate to Massachusetts in 2015.
When I arrived I immediately searched for Tai Chi in my town, and was happy to find Oscar Hsu's class through my Recreation Department. Then in 2017 a friend mentioned that Dr. Ming Wu was teaching at Emerson Hospital's Wellness Center. I remembered my notes from Omega and immediately signed up. Upon taking the first class I knew there was so much to learn from his teachings, and I continue to learn and be inspired by the depth of wisdom shared by Dr. Wu.
I have found Tai Chi and Qi Gong to be the ultimate practice for an ever deepening understanding and awareness. Inside and out. Now as an associate teacher of Tai Chi I look forward to sharing this profound healing art form within my community.
